Her award is well deserved due to her exceeding everyone's expectations by scoring an amazing 100% at the external Mystery Audit - a new record for both Kate and Acuity - and for receiving fantastic feedback from the client and her colleagues:

She now deals directly with many of the contracting companies, for example, she undertakes the regular KPI meetings with our cleaning company and ensures that they perform to the level we expect.
