Ellie Self, has won 'Employee of the Month' for July 2016 - the second time this year she has been nominated for and won this important award.
Ellie joined Acuity in September 2015 as part of the Acuity Select Team, and has since been offered a permanent position on a BNP Paribas client site where she has become a valuable team member.
Ellie continually looks after the occupiers on site and promotes a great atmosphere in the reception area. An initiative to enhance the customer experience on site saw Ellie planning and conducting a summer raffle on the closing day of Wimbledon in aid of Age UK - the site nominated charity. She chose the main prize in consultation with her building manager, and personally donated prizes including a chocolate selection, wine and a body cream gift set. The event was a superb way of engaging with the occupiers on site which raised over £132 for charity.
Ellie’s Account Manager, Arik Benichou, has been immensely impressed with her outstanding performance. To support her progress, Arik tasked her to perform a supporting audit for all his sites in preparation for the ISO 9001 Audit. After training Ellie on the essential points required to succeed in the audit, she created the audit support documentation and visited the sites. She met and worked with the teams at the various buildings to ensure their documentation was correct from a quality perspective and provided useful information and advice to ensure they receive top marks in their forthcoming audits.
