Acuity Appoints New Operations Manager
Acuity, the front-of-house services provider, has appointed Marta Bannister as its Operation Manager, a newly-created role to support the business following a period of significant growth. The appointment sees Marta, who joined Acuity in 2017, promoted from Client Services Manager.
Marta who has valuable knowledge and experience of the corporate front-of-house sector, having worked with Societe General and PwC, will now be responsible for all operational matters and the client services management team.
Chiara Di Rienzo, Acuity Director says that creating a new role was a logical step: “Pivotal to our success to date is our unwavering focus on our employees, making sure they feel supported, inspired and motivated as well as making sure that our clients receive the highest levels of customer service and management attention.
"Promoting Marta to this new role will ensure that our client services managers can continue to provide this support. At a strategic level this appointment enables us to be innovative and identify ways in which we can improve our service delivery still further.”
The new role has arisen as a result of a review of the Acuity management structure as Neil Ames, Acuity Director, explains: “Acuity has experienced considerable organic growth during the past 12 months and this new structure will enable us to not only maintain the levels of service both our clients and team members are accustomed to enjoying but also leaves us well placed to manage further growth.”
