Fully Managed Front of House & Concierge Services
Acuity reception teams take ownership of a client’s reception area providing a world-class visitor journey that is tailored to meet specific client requirements and is aligned with their brand standards. Our highly experienced management teams support both our clients and employees to ensure continuous improvement.
Front of House Training
Acuity employees receive varied and extensive reception training in order that they are able to deliver the Acuity commitment of 'enhancing the customer experience with every interaction'. Our learning and development professionals can also design and deliver training programmes for in-house reception teams on a consultancy basis.
Front of House Consultancy
Acuity can deliver a detailed evaluation of your current front of house service through our service audit and mystery audit; implementing improvements that will enhance your front of house operation. Alternatively let us bring our expertise to elements of your reception service such as visitor management, concierge service or facilities support.
Lobby Ambassador Service
The Acuity Lobby Ambassador service can either be a stand-alone service, or one that complements our reception service.
An Acuity Lobby Ambassador is a hybrid Receptionist/Front of House Security Officer role. Lobby Ambassadors are generally deployed in the reception area of a property, positioned either behind a reception desk, a podium, or standing in the lobby.

Neil Ames & Chiara Di Rienzo co-founded Acuity in 2013. Their different backgrounds and areas of expertise complement each other perfectly and are the foundations upon which the success of Acuity has been built.

Director
Chiara Di Rienzo has 19 years of experience in managing front of house operations for 5-star hotels and corporate environments. Chiara co-founded Acuity in 2013 with a vision to bringing high-end hotels’ front of house standards to the corporate sector in London.
As a consultant, she enjoys helping companies to bring their brand into life, designing frameworks and creating a culture where colleagues put internal and external customers at the heart of what they do.
Neil Ames,
Director
Neil has over 28 years’ experience providing soft services to discerning corporate clients from a range of business sectors. Neil’s background includes both operational and commercial roles in a senior capacity.
